New Jersey judge moonlighting as comedian told to stick to his day job

Vince A. Sicari, a municipal judge in South Hackensack, has had a second career as a stand-up comic and actor for years.

But a state ethics panel said Sicari’s appearances on ABC’s “Primetime: What Would You Do?” portraying racist and homophobic characters could make defendants question his impartiality, the Record reported.
